Customers no longer have to present printed receipts as proof of payment and Starters have the latest information to maintain smooth, continuous, uninterrupted flow of play off the first tee. On course, Marshals have the information they need to keep players moving and avoid slow play, one of the major sources of customer disssatifaction.

Things Change

The Starter area is dynamic and things don't always line up with the Tee Sheet. It's up to the Starter to respond to these changes and keep things moving on schedule. Using the situational awareness provided by ContinuiTee, starters can instantly change the tee time for a group, move players between groups, send a group off the back 9, or any other hole, to accurately reflect the composition of each group when they start their round. No matter what changes are made, Marshals have access to the latest, up to the minute information to manage player flow on the course.

Less Chatter

WIth paper Tee Sheets, there's a lot of radio traffic between Starters, Marshals and the Pro Shop. ContinuiTee significantly reduces the need for radios to relay Tee Sheet changes, check on customer arrivals or provide pro shop instructions. Often, the Pro Shop lacks visibility into what's happening on the first tee. ContinuiTee provides a web based, continuously updating Starter Tee Sheet for the Pro Shop to see if things are on time. Paper Tee Sheets often end up in a box at the end of a shift and the information they contain, such as cart numbers, is lost. ContinuiTee works even when your network doesn't

ContinuitTee works with both Wi-Fi and Cellular networks. On board data on your tablet ensures that your Starters and Marshalls can continue to use the application even if they're in a dead spot and lose the network temporarily.

When network services are restored, ContinuiTee ensures that any information captured during the outage will be updated and shared with other ContinuiTee users.

SmartWaiver Integration

If your course uses SmartWaiver² to obtain signed waivers from your customers before they hit the links, ContinuiTee can help. Waiver data is captured and used to update Customer and Round information in your Tee Sheet booking system. Conversion of "Guest" players to customers is often a lost opportunity, particularly in a busy proshop. Using the SmartWaiver integration features in ContinuiTe, guest information is obtained from the signed waiver and used to create a new customer in your booking system. Existing customer information is also updated when the customers completes the waiver signature process.

Arrange for API access to your golf vendor's Tee Sheet application. ContinuiTee is fully integrated with Lightspeed Chronogolf¹ and other vendor solutions can be added upon request.
After our setup is completed, we will provide you with setup instructions for using our web based course administration application. All you need to set up are your Pro Shop, Starter and Marshall users as well as your course pace of play information
